01 General Overview

Pk65 (referred to herein as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other regions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the pk65 website, mobile application, and all related services.

03 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your pk65 account. The key rules regarding your account are:

• Each person may hold only one account; if multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Your account information must be kept accurate and up to date at all times.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not permitted.

06 Betting Rules

The general rules for betting and playing games on pk65 are as follows:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded in full.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet is voided and the stake is returned.
• Odds may change during live betting; the odds displayed at the time each bet is placed are final.
• Accounts found to be involved in match fixing or gaining unfair advantages will be closed.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, pk65's decision shall be considered final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk65:

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Attempting to access another player's account or steal their information.
• Multiple accounts held by the same person ("multi-accounting").
• Attempting to hack or tamper with the platform's software.
